How does the Your HR Advisor work?

Ideal for clients who do not have an HR advisor on staff, or who just need a bit more HR support. Clients subscribe to monthly package in which they receive a set amount of HR Advisory hours. Clients are guaranteed a response to their question by the end of the next business day.

What happens if I do not use all my hours in a month?

If you do not use all your hours in a month, they will roll over into the following month, and accrue to a maximum of 5 hours.

What if I need more hours one month?

If you are having a difficult or busy month and require some additional support, additional hours can be added at a reduced rate for subscription clients.

What if I need help with a project, but not ongoing monthly support?

If you need help with an HR project, from policy development to a compensation analysis, we can help. We would connect to discuss the project and put a game plan together. From there Practical HR Solutions would work on the project at an hourly rate. Reduced rates are available for Your HR Advisor subscription clients and not-for-profits.
